Summary: An epidemic model with incomplete treatment and vaccination for the newborns and susceptibles is constructed. We establish that the global dynamics are completely determined by the basic reproduction number \(R_0\). If \(R_0 \leq 1\), then the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable. If \(R_0 > 1\), the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable. Some numerical simulations are also given to explain our conclusions.
