Let \(N\), \(h\) be natural numbers and \(f\), \(g\) be real valued arithmetic functions, i.e. \(f,g:\mathbb{N}\rightarrow\mathbb{R}\). Denote: \[ I_f(N,h)=\int\limits_{N}^{2N}\bigg|\sum\limits_{|n-x|\leq h}f(n)\,\mathrm{sgn}(n-x)\bigg|^2 \mathrm{d} x,\; \] \[ I_{f,g}(N,h)=\int\limits_{N}^{2N}\sum\limits_{|n-x|\leq h}f(n)\,\mathrm{sgn}(n-x)\sum\limits_{|m-x|\leq h}g(m)\,\mathrm{sgn}(m-x)\,\mathrm{d} x. \] Lower bounds of above integrals are presented for a wide class of arithmetic functions \(f\), \(g\). Particularly, if \(d_k\) is the general \(k\)-divisor function, then \[ I_{d_k}(N,h)\gg_k\,Nh(\log N)^{k+1} \] for an arbitrary \(k\in\{ 2,3,\ldots\}\). Using this estimate the lower bound is given for the Selberg integral of function \(d_k\).

Let \(N\), \(h\) be natural numbers and \(f\), \(g\) be real valued arithmetic functions, i.e. \(f,g:\mathbb{N}\rightarrow\mathbb{R}\). Denote: \[ I_f(N,h)=\int\limits_{N}^{2N}\bigg|\sum\limits_{|n-x|\leq h}f(n)\,\mathrm{sgn}(n-x)\bigg|^2 \mathrm{d} x,\; \] \[ I_{f,g}(N,h)=\int\limits_{N}^{2N}\sum\limits_{|n-x|\leq h}f(n)\,\mathrm{sgn}(n-x)\sum\limits_{|m-x|\leq h}g(m)\,\mathrm{sgn}(m-x)\,\mathrm{d} x. \] Lower bounds of above integrals are presented for a wide class of arithmetic functions \(f\), \(g\). Particularly, if \(d_k\) is the general \(k\)-divisor function, then \[ I_{d_k}(N,h)\gg_k\,Nh(\log N)^{k+1} \] for an arbitrary \(k\in\{ 2,3,\ldots\}\). Using this estimate the lower bound is given for the Selberg integral of function \(d_k\).
