In the frame of the endeavour to generalize \( \mathbb Z_{2}\)-graded constructions to the \( \mathbb Z_{3}\)-graded case, the authors start to build the noncommutative differential calculus on the \( \mathbb Z_{3}\)-graded \(h\)-superplane. Here, the exterior differential operator has the following properties; \(d^{2} \neq 0\) and \(d^{3}=0\), thus creating the necessity to use second order differentials also. The relations between partial derivatives and first and second order differentials, and relations between Cartan-Maurer forms and first order differentials are stated and proved. Finally, a \( \mathbb Z_{2}\)-graded \((h,j)\)-deformed quantum (super)group is also considered. Further directions of study are also announced.
