In the very important article ``\(p\)-adic Hodge theory and values of zeta functions of modular forms'' [in: Cohomologies \(p\)-adiques et applications arithmétiques (III). Astérisque 295, 117--290 (2004; Zbl 1142.11336)], \textit{K. Kato} constructed Euler systems attached to modular forms, and deduced a number of striking consequences about their \(L\)-functions and Selmer groups. For an account of this, see for instance \textit{P. Colmez}'s Bourbaki talk ``La conjecture de Birch et Swinnerton-Dyer \(p\)-adique'' [in: Séminaire Bourbaki. Volume 2002/2003. Astérisque 294, 251--319, Exp. No. 919 (2004; Zbl 1094.11025)]. In the paper under review, the author generalizes Kato's construction, by carrying it out ``in \(p\)-adic families'' over the weight space. He then proves a corresponding explicit reciprocity law, for the image of his elements under Bloch-Kato's dual exponential map. In the sequel to this paper ``Le système d'Euler de Kato en famille (II)'' (Preprint), he interpolates Kato's Euler system over the eigencurve.
