The 2-D Cauchy problem is considered in the paper. \[ \begin{cases} \frac{\partial u}{\partial t}+(u\cdot\nabla)u+\nabla q=\Delta \psi\nabla\psi,\quad \text{div}\,u=0,\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^2,\quad t>0, \\ \frac{\partial n}{\partial t}+u\cdot\nabla n=\nabla\cdot(\nabla n-n\nabla\psi), \quad x\in\mathbb{R}^2,\quad t>0, \\ \frac{\partial p}{\partial t}+u\cdot\nabla p=\nabla\cdot(\nabla p+p\nabla\psi), \quad x\in\mathbb{R}^2,\quad t>0, \\ u(x,0)=u_0,\quad n(x,0)=n_0,\quad p(x,0)=p_0, \quad x\in\mathbb{R}^2. \end{cases} \] These equations describe the dynamic coupling between incompressible flows and diffuse charge systems. Here, \(u\) is the vector of velocity of flow, \(q\) is the pressure, \(\psi\) denotes the electrostatic potential caused by the net charged particles, \(n\) and \(p\) are the densities of the negative and positive charged particles. The existence of global solution to the problem is proved for smooth initial data. Namely, if \(k\) and \(l\) are positive numbers such that \[ k>2, \quad l>1, \quad l+\frac{3}{2}>k>l+1 \] and \[ u_0\in H^k(\mathbb{R}^2), \quad n_0\in H^l(\mathbb{R}^2), \quad p_0\in H^l(\mathbb{R}^2), \quad n_0,p_0\geq 0 \] then the Cauchy problem has a smooth solution on \(\mathbb{R}^2\times(0,\infty)\). The Besov spaces and \(BMO\) spaces are used in the paper.
