In recent years there has been much work on studying (abstract) dynamical systems by way of subalgebras or subspaces of the Banach algebra of continuous functions on the space \(X\) on which a (topological) group \(G\) acts, see, e.g., [\textit{E. Glasner} and \textit{M. Megrelishvili}, in: Recent progress in general topology III. Based on the presentations at the Prague symposium, Prague, Czech Republic, 2001. Amsterdam: Atlantis Press. 399--470 (2014; Zbl 1316.37001)]. In this paper the author establishes that if \(G\) is Roelcke precompact then the following three algebras of continuous functions on \(G\) coincide: that of the weakly almost periodic functions, the Asplund functions, and the strongly uniformly continuous functions. The author also studies various examples of Polish groups where the equalities do not hold so as to indicate the sharpness of the results. The methods used are those of continuous logic.
