Given a positive integer \(d\), denote by \(\mathrm{Hol}({\mathbb C}^d)\) the space of all entire functions on \({\mathbb C}^d\). Given a function \(g\in \mathrm{Hol}({\mathbb C}^d)\), the extended Cesáro operator \(V_g\) is defined as \[ V_g f(z)=\int_0^1 f(tz) {\mathcal R} g(tz)\, {{dt}\over {t}} \] for \(f\in \mathrm{Hol}({\mathbb C}^d)\). Here, \({\mathcal R}f\) denotes the radial derivative of \(f\). Also, given an entire map \(\varphi:{\mathbb C}^d\to{\mathbb C}^d\), let \(C_\varphi\) be the composition operator defined by \(C_\varphi f=f\circ\varphi\) for \(f\in \mathrm{Hol}({\mathbb C}^d)\). Given a non-decreasing and continuous weight function \(\omega: [0, +\infty)\to (0, +\infty)\) satisfying \(\lim_{t\to +\infty} t^{-k}\omega(t)=\infty\) for all \(k>0\), the authors introduce the growth function space \(A^\omega({\mathbb C}^d)\) consisting of all functions \(f\in \mathrm{Hol}({\mathbb C}^d)\) such that \[ \|f\|_{{\mathcal A}^\omega}=\sup_{z\in{\mathbb C}^d} {{|f(z)|}\over{\omega(|z|)}}<\infty. \] For \(0<p<\infty\) and \(\alpha>0\), denote by \({\mathcal F}^p_\alpha({\mathbb C}^d)\) the \(\alpha\)-weighted Fock space consisting of all functions \(f\in \mathrm{Hol}({\mathbb C}^d)\) such that \[ \|f\|_{{\mathcal F}^p_\alpha}=\left\{\left( {{\alpha p}\over{2\pi}} \right)^d \int_{{\mathbb C}^d } \left| f(z)e^{-{\alpha\over 2}|z|^2}\right|^p\, dv_d(z)\right\}^{1/p}<\infty \] where \(v_d\) denotes the Lebesgue measure on \({\mathbf C}^d\). For \(p=\infty\), denote by \({\mathcal F}^\infty_\alpha({\mathbb C}^d)\) the space consisting of all \(f\in \mathrm{Hol}({\mathbb C}^d)\) such that \[ \|f\|_{{\mathcal F}^\infty_\alpha}=\sup_{z\in {\mathbb C}^d} \left| f(z)e^{-{\alpha\over 2}|z|^2}\right|<\infty. \] The main results of the paper is to characterize the boundedness of the operators (i) \(V_gC_\varphi: {\mathcal A}^\omega({\mathbb C}^d)\to {\mathcal F}^p_\alpha({\mathbb C}^d)\) and (ii) \(C_\varphi V_g: {\mathcal A}^\omega({\mathbb C}^d)\to {\mathcal F}^p_\alpha({\mathbb C}^d)\). In the course of the proofs the authors obtain a general result for the boundedness of the weighted composition operators acting from a growth space into a so-called lattice space. They also obtain similar results for the Volterra companion operators.
