The authors study reversible and hereditarely reversible spaces in several classes of topological spaces. More precisely, they consider Hausdorff spaces of countable character, countable Tychonoff spaces of non-countable character and uncountable Tychonoff spaces of non-countable character. In particular, they study the different \textit{topological types} that can be found in the above classes of hereditarily reversible spaces. Therefore, plenty of examples are given, in particular being of special interest those related to \(\beta \mathbb N\), \(\beta \mathbb N\backslash \mathbb N\) and Efimov's compacta. Moreover, examples of (non-)reversible and (non-)hereditarily reversible \(T_0\) but not \(T_1\)-spaces are given in the last section.
