The authors consider Morrey type Besov spaces \(MB^{s,\beta}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with \[ \|f\|_{MB^{s,\beta}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)}}:=\left(\sum\limits_{j=0}^\infty \|2^{js}(\Phi_j\ast f)\|^\beta_{M^{p(\cdot)}_{q(\cdot)}}\right)^\frac{1}{\beta} \] and Morrey type Lizorkin-Triebel spaces \(MF^{s,\beta}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with \[ \|f\|_{MF^{s,\beta}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)}}:=\left\|\left(\sum\limits_{j=0}^\infty |2^{js}(\Phi_j\ast f)|^\beta\right)^\frac{1}{\beta}\right\|_{M^{p(\cdot)}_{q(\cdot)}} \] with variable \(p(\cdot)\) and \(q(\cdot)\), but constant \(s\) and \(\beta\), where \(M^{p(\cdot)}_{q(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) stands for the Morrey space with variable exponents. They give equivalent quasi-norms of these spaces in terms of Peetre's maximal functions, which enables them to obtain atomic, molecular and wavelet decompositions of these spaces.

The authors consider Morrey type Besov spaces \(MB^{s,\beta}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with \[ \|f\|_{MB^{s,\beta}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)}}:=\left(\sum\limits_{j=0}^\infty \|2^{js}(\Phi_j\ast f)\|^\beta_{M^{p(\cdot)}_{q(\cdot)}}\right)^\frac{1}{\beta} \] and Morrey type Lizorkin-Triebel spaces \(MF^{s,\beta}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with \[ \|f\|_{MF^{s,\beta}_{p(\cdot),q(\cdot)}}:=\left\|\left(\sum\limits_{j=0}^\infty |2^{js}(\Phi_j\ast f)|^\beta\right)^\frac{1}{\beta}\right\|_{M^{p(\cdot)}_{q(\cdot)}} \] with variable \(p(\cdot)\) and \(q(\cdot)\), but constant \(s\) and \(\beta\), where \(M^{p(\cdot)}_{q(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) stands for the Morrey space with variable exponents. They give equivalent quasi-norms of these spaces in terms of Peetre's maximal functions, which enables them to obtain atomic, molecular and wavelet decompositions of these spaces.
