The paper considers two populations, described on a bounded domain \(\Omega\) by the coupled system \[ \begin{aligned} \partial c_1/\partial t&=\Delta F(c_1)+c_1(r+kC_1-1-ac_2), \\ \partial c_2/\partial t&=\Delta G(c_1)+c_2(r+kC_1-\gamma c_2) \end{aligned} \] with given constants \(r, k, a, \gamma, \mu\) and scalar functions \(F\) and \(G\). Besides, the Robin boundary conditions are appended. The nonlinear stability of the considered system is studied. The stability and instability of the positive equilibrium are investigated by the linear eigenvalues method. The nonlinear stability is explored via the Lyapunov direct method. In a particular case, the global stability conditions have been obtained. | |||
