There exists a complete list of resolution graphs of weighted homogeneous complex surface singularities admitting a rational homology disk (``\(\mathbb{Q}DH\)'') smoothing, i.e. one with Milnor number \(0\) [\textit{M. Bhupal} and \textit{A. Stipsicz}, ``Weighted homogeneous singularities and rational homology disk smoothings'', \url{arXiv: 0902.2277}; \textit{A. I. Stipsicz, Z. Stabó} and \textit{J. Wahl}, ``Rational Blowdowns and smoothings of surface singularities'', J. Topol. 1, No. 2, 477--517 (2008; Zbl 1143.32018)]. They fall into several classes. Three of them have the property that the dual graph of the resolution has central vertex with valency 4. A construction of the \(\mathbb{Q}DH\) smoothing for those classes is given, an explicit \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Gorenstein smoothing, yielding a precise description of the Milnor fibre and its non-abelian fundamental group. A general formula for the dimension of a \(\mathbb{Q}DH\) smoothing component for a rational surface singularity is given. Especially, such a coomponent is smooth of dimension 1 for the valency 4 cases.
