It is proven that (1) every group embeds in the kernel of some Frobenius group; (2) under such embedding, the complement can be chosen to be any right-ordered group. The first result gives a positive answer to \textit{A.~I.~Sozutov}'s question [raised in The Kourovka notebook. Unsolved problems in group theory. Novosibirsk: Institute of Mathematics (1995; Zbl 0838.20001)]. As far as the second result is concerned, the author proposes the following conjecture: Every group embeds in the kernel of some Frobenius group; moreover, the complement can be taken to be an arbitrary nontrivial torsion-free group.
