The author presents asymptotical stability theorems as a generalization of similiar assertions proved for systems of ordinary differential equations with a periodic right-hand side (see, \textit{I. G. Malkin} [Theorie der Stabilität der Bewegung (Russian). Moskau-Leningrad: Staatsverlag für technisch-theoretische Literatur (1952; Zbl 0048.32801)]) and for autonomous differential inclusions (see, \textit{A. F. Filippov} [Differential equations with discontinuous right-hand side. (Russian). Moskva: ``Nauka'' (1985; Zbl 0571.34001)]) to the case of inclusion : \({\dot x} \in F(t,x), (t \geq 0 , x \in \mathbb{R}^n)\) under the assumption of a right-hand side periodic in \(t\) (\( F(t,x) \equiv F(t+T,x) \)) and then a right-hand side periodic in \(t\) and homogeneous in \(x\) ( \(F(t,cx) \equiv cF(t,x)\)). The final theorem is devoted to the preservation of the asymptotic stability of the zero solution for the second case under small perturbations that do not violate the homogeneity and periodicity of its right-hand side.
