It is shown that the deviation of the solution of the Kac's equation from the Gaussian probability distribution (with zero mean) is bounded by \(C\exp(-(1/4)t)\) where \(C\) denotes a positive constant. The proof of this result is related to Wild's series and to the Berry-Esseen inequality.
