The author proved in a previous work [Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 8, No.4, 813-816 (1985)] that the spaces \({\mathcal O}_ M\) and \({\mathcal O}'_ M\) of multiplication and convolution operators on temperate distributions are ultrabornological, complete and Schwartz. As a consequence, they are also Montel and distinguished, as this note states.
