The author gives a general formula for the trace of a linear transformation \(g\) on the cohomology of the hyperplane complement of a reflection group \(G\) which it normalises. Its main application is an explicit formula for the Poincaré series of \(g\) in the case where \(g\) has an eigenspace which contains a \(G\)-regular vector.
