In this paper a (continuous-time) random walk is considered on \(\mathbb Z^d\) in an environment of random conductances taking values in \((0, \infty)\). Under certain condition of stationarity and ergodicity of the environment, quenched and annealed local limit theorems for the static random conductance model (RCM) are proved. Also a local limit theorem for the RCM under general speed measure is obtained. These theorems are applied to prove a scaling limit for the spacetime covariances in the Ginzburg-Landau \(\nabla \phi\) model. It is proved that the associated Gibbs distribution scales to a Gaussian free field.
