The flow of a viscoplastic medium (Bingam-Il'yushin model) is studied in a halfspace over a rotating plane. A dimensionless fluidity limit is taken as a small asymptotic parameter by which the solution is extended. The classical solution to the von Karman problem is a zero (support) approximation.
