The author considers the Calderón-Zygmund singular integral operators with a homogeneous kernel on the product space \(\mathbb{R}^n\times \mathbb{R}^m\), \(n, m \geq 2\), \[ T(f)(x,y)=\text{p.v. }\iint_{\mathbb{R}^n\times \mathbb{R}^m} K(u,v)f(x-u,y-v) du dv, \] \[ K(x,y) = \Omega(x',y')|x|^{-n} |y|^{-m}, \] where \(x' = x/|x|\), \(y' = y/|y|\) for \(x, y\neq 0\), and \(\Omega\) is an \(L^1\) function on the product of unit spheres \(S^{n-1}\times S^{m-1}.\) Assuming the cancellation condition \[ \int_{S^{n-1}}\Omega(x',y') d\sigma(x') = \int_{S^{m-1}}\Omega(x',y') d\sigma(y') = 0 \] for all \(x'\) and \(y'\), by the method of rotation of Calderón and Zygmund, the author proves that the operator \(T\) is bounded on \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^n\times \mathbb{R}^m)\), \(1<p<\infty\), provided \(\Omega\in L(\text{Log}^+ L)^2\) on \(S^{n-1}\times S^{m-1}\).
