The authors investigate the Poincaré-Andronov-Hopf bifurcation for the class of 3D nonlinear dynamic systems of the form \[ \dot{\xi}=A\xi+\Phi(\xi,\eta), \dot{\eta}=B\eta+\Psi(\xi,\eta) \eqno{(1)} \] where \(\xi\in \mathbb{R}^n, \eta \in \mathbb{R}^m; A,B\) are constant matrices such that all the eigenvalues of \(A\) have zero real parts while all the eigenvalues of \(B\) have negative real parts. The functions \(\Phi\) and \(\Psi\) are \(C^2\) with \(\Phi(0,0)=0, \Psi(0,0)=0, D\Phi(0,0)=0, D\Psi(0,0)=0.\) Thus for the system (1) there exists the center manifold \(\eta=\eta(\xi)\) with \(\eta(0)=0, D\eta(0)=0, \eta(\cdot)\) is \(C^2\) and the flow on the center manifold is governed by the bifurcation equation \(\dot{\xi}=A(\xi)+\Phi(\xi,\eta(\xi))\). The new algorithm of the formal series for the flow on center manifold is suggested, on the base of which the recursion formula for the computation of the singular point quantities is obtained allowing also the usage of Mathematica computer symbol operation system. This algorithm is illustrated by substantive example, for which the existence of 5 limit cycles bifurcated from the origin for the flow on center manifold is proved.
