    The article deals with approximations \[ x_{n+1} = (1 - \alpha_n)x_n + \alpha_nT^nx_n, \quad n \geq 0, \] where \(T: K \to K\) is \(L\)-Lipschitzian mapping with a fixed point \(x^* \in K\), satisfying the conditions \[ \langle T^nx - T^ny,j(x - y) \rangle \leq k_n\| x - y\| ^2, \;\;\forall n \in {\mathbb N}, \quad \lim_{n \to \infty} \;k_n = 1, \] and \[ \langle T^nx - T^nx^*,j(x - x^*) \rangle \leq k_n\| x - x^*\| ^2 - \phi(\| x - x^*\| ), \;\;\forall n \in {\mathbb N}, \;x \in K \] (\(j\) is a selector of the normalized duality mapping \(J: \;E \to E^*\), \(\phi: \;[0,\infty) \to [0,\infty)\) is a strictly increasing function), \(K\) is a nonempty closed and convex subset of a real Banach space \(E\), and the sequence \(\alpha_n\) satisfies the conditions \[ \sum_{n \geq 0} \alpha_n = \infty, \;\;\sum_{n \geq 0} \alpha_n^2 < \infty, \;\;\sum_{n \geq 0} \alpha_n(k_n - 1) < \infty. \] The main result is the strong convergence \(x_n \to x^*\). In the end of the article, the approximations \[ x_{n+1} = a_nx_n + b_nT^nx_n + c_nu_n, \quad n \geq 0, \] (\(u_n \in K\), \(a_n\), \(b_n\), \(c_n\) are nonnegative sequences satisfying some natural conditions) are studied.
