In the paper the authors extend their own results on classification of complex filiform Leibniz algebras and results of \textit{J. R. Gómez, Yu. Khakimdjanov} and \textit{R. M. Navarro} [J. Geom. Phys. 51, No. 4, 472--485 (2004; Zbl 1069.17004)] on classification of nilpotent Lie superalgebras to case of Leibniz superalgebras. It is claimed that the class of all non-Lie filiform Leibniz superalgebras in a fixed dimension is split in three subclasses. The authors solve the isomorphism problem of each of the subclasses. The main results of the paper are given as Theorems 3.1, 3.3 and 3.4, according to case by case considerations. The representatives of the isomorphism classes are given by precise tables of multiplications. The classification method is based on characteristic sequence of Leibniz superalgebras which is imitated the same concept of Lie and Leibniz algebras. There are also some subsidiary results on existence of adapted basis and simplification of the tables of multiplications.
