Let \(V=\{a_k:k\in \mathbb N\}\) be a discrete set in \(\mathbb C^n\) and \(p\) denote a plurisubharmonic weight function, defined on \(\mathbb C^n\). The set of holomorphic functions \(f:\mathbb C^n\to \mathbb C\) which fulfill \(|f(z)|\leq A\exp (Bp(z))\) for suitable positive numbers \(A\), \(B\) and all \(z\in \mathbb C^n\) is denoted by \(A_p(\mathbb C^n)\). The set \(V\) is called interpolating with respect to \(A_p(\mathbb C^n)\) if for any sequence of complex numbers \(c_k\) such that the growth condition \(|c_k|\leq A'\exp(B'p(a_k))\) is fulfilled with some \(A',B'>0\) and for all \(k\in \mathbb N\), there exists some \(f\in A_p(\mathbb C^n)\) with \(f(a_k)=c_k\) \((k\in \mathbb N)\). The main result of the article presents a necessary and sufficient condition that the union of two such interpolating sets again has this property.
