Let \({\mathcal W}\) be the set of weights for which \(\int_ \pi \log(w(e^{i\theta}))d\theta>-\infty\), \(H^ 2(w)\) be the weighted Hardy space and \(N^ +=\cup\{H^ 2(| h|^ 2)\): \(h\) is outer\(\}\) endowed with locally convex inductive limit topology \(\chi\). It is proved that a) \((N^ +,\chi)\) is an (incomplete) metrizable topological algebra in which Fourier series converge, b) Fourier series converge in \((N^ +,\tau)\) (\(\tau\) is a barrelled Szegö topology) if and only if \(\tau=\chi\) and c) the function \(g\) is a multiplier of \(H^ 2(w)^*\) (dual of \(H^ 2(w)\)) for every \(w\in{\mathcal W}\) if and only if \(g\) is in \((N^ +,\chi)^*\). Moreover, a new proof for the Yanagihara's characterization of the dual of \((N^ +,\rho)\) (\(\rho\) is the complete metric on \(N^ +\) defined as usual) is given.
