This paper deals with the fourth-order boundary value problems, \[ u^{(4)}(x)+ f(x) u(x)= g(x),\quad u(a)= A_1,\quad u(b)= A_2,\quad u''(a)= B_1,\quad u''(b)= B_2. \] The aim is to approximate the solution \(u(x)\) by using quintic spline functions from \(C^4(a,b)\). Convergence analysis is proved. Three numerical examples are included to demonstrate the efficiency of this method.
