This paper is devoted to giving a global variational calculus for graded submersion of graded manifolds. The theory was started in part I of this paper [ibid. 63, 283-309 (1984; Zbl 0509.58003)], and follows García and Pérez-Rendón approach in the ordinary case. The graded Legendre and Poincaré-Cartan forms are defined, but there are here two global graded Euler-Lagrange operators characterizing the critical sections. The first one gives the graded setting corresponding to the classical Euler- Lagrange equations, though the second one provides completely new equations with no equivalents in the ordinary case. These new equations have been computed in an example taken from supergravity giving ''constraints'' similar to the Wess-type constraints imposed by some authors from outside.
