The main topic of this paper is the statistical description of the sectional hyperbolic flows in any dimension. The authors introduce the sectional hyperbolic compact invariant set \(\Lambda\) of a \(\mathcal{C}^1\)-flow \(\phi_t\) by using some special dominated splitting on \(\Lambda\). In the particular case that all the singularities in \(\Lambda\) are hyperbolic, Theorem A shows that there are a neighborhood \(\mathcal{U}\) of \(\phi_t\) in the \(\mathcal{C}^1\)-topology and a neighborhood \(U\) of \(\Lambda\) such that such that for every \(\psi_t\in\mathcal{U}\), the maximal invariant set of \(\psi_t\) in \(U\) is entropy expansive at scale \(\delta\). The set \(B_{\infty}(x,\delta)=\{y\colon d(f^n(x),f^n(y))<\delta \mbox{ for all }n\in\mathbb{Z}\}\) with \(f=\psi_1\) (the time-one map) has zero topological entropy for each \(x\) in the mentioned the maximal invariant set. In Theorem B the authors obtain the continuity of the topological entropy for sectional hyperbolic invariant sets. Furthermore, if \(\Lambda\) is Lyapunov stable, Theorem C implies that the topological entropy \(h_{top}(\phi_t|_{\Lambda})\) is bigger than zero (uniformly). Finally, the authors present some important applications to some sectional hyperbolic sets belonging to the so-called Lorenz-like class: Lyapunov stable chain recurrent class with singularities and regular points. For instance, Corollary E claims that \(\mathcal{C}^1\)-generically, every Lorenz-like class is an attractor and contains a periodic orbit. The paper is very well written, and it is an important contribution in this research area.
