In this paper, the authors study the existence of solutions and a global attractor for some partial functional differential equations with state dependent delay. The linear part is assumed to generate an analytic semigroup and to be continuous. Firstly, the authors prove the existence of mild and strict solutions. Secondly, they prove the existence of a global attractor by using the eventual compactness and the dissipativeness of the semigroup solution. An application is provided for some reaction-diffusion equation with state dependent-delay.
