One investigates the Gibbs properties of a Curie-Weiss model subject to a low temperature dynamics. The core of the paper is the derivation of a path large deviation theorem, together with a constrained large deviation theorem involving the initial Hamiltonian and its relation to the time dependent conditional probabilities. The phase-space geometry of the problem is discussed as well as the corresponding Euler-Lagrange equations. Numerical results illustrates typical paths, bad configurations, multiple histories and forbidden regions
