A finite family \({\mathcal F}\) of arbitrary planar compact convex sets, mutually disjoint, and with non-empty interior, is said to have the \(T(n)\) (respectively, \(T-k\)) \textit{property} if every \(n\in {\mathbb N}\) members (respectively, all but at most \(k\) members) of this family are intersected by a common line. In this paper the authors show that if \({\mathcal F}\) is any family of \(n\) mutually disjoint unit disks verifying property \(T(4)\) then it has property \(T-1\), i.e., there is a line intersecting at least \(n-1\) disks. It generalizes previous results by the authors in which the case \(|{\mathcal F}|\leq 9\) was considered.
