If one constructs a Weisfeiler filtration in a simple linearly compact Lie superalgebra \(L\) then the associated graded Lie superalgebra \(G\) belongs to the list obtained in [\textit{S.-J. Cheng} and \textit{V. Kac}, Transform. Groups 4, 219--272 (1999; Zbl 0988.17026)]. In this paper the authors solve the task of finding the filtered deformations of \(G\), that means finding all \(L\) with that \(G\) as the associated graded algebra. For Lie algebras this task is solved via Spencer cohomology. The authors genealize the notion of Spencer cohomology to superalgebras. In many cases the zero-grading component \(G_0\) of \(G\) contains a central element whose action induces the grading, and then there are no filtered deformations. For the remaining quite numerous cases the authors compute the cohomology and find all the filtered deformations. The results were used by V. Kac in the classification of simple infinite-dimensional linearly compact Lie superalgebras.
