It is noted that in Theorem 5.1(i) of [the authors, ibid. Appl. 80, 211-229 (1999; Zbl 0961.60066)] an additional bound on \(n\) is needed for the argument to be valid. Moreover, the values of \(\beta _ {RT}\) in the first three columns of Table 1 are incorrect.
