Real perturbations of complex polynomials (Q2641615)

The authors consider the complex dynamics of generic \(C^r\) perturbations of the complex polynomials. They prove that, let \(P\) be a polynomial, there exists a \(C'\) neighborhood \(U\) of \(P\) such that for every \(f\in U\), either some critical point has unbounded orbit or the set of points with bounded orbit is connected and simply connected.
