    Let \(S^n\) denote the unit sphere of \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\). The authors obtain uniqueness theorems for quasi-analytic functions that have zero integrals over spherical balls with centers in a given subset of \(S^n\). Formally, let \(B_R =\{\xi\in S^n: d(\mathcal{O}, \xi)<R\}\), where \(\mathcal{O}=(0,\dots, 0,1)\in S^n\) and \(d(\cdot, \cdot)\) is the internal metric on \(S^n\). For \(0<r<R\), the class \(\mathcal{V}_r^\infty (B_R)\) consists of \(f\in C^\infty(B_R)\) such that \[ \int_{S_t(\eta)} f\, d\omega_{n-1}=0 \quad \text{for\;all}\;\eta\in S_r(\mathcal{O})\;\text{and\;almost\;all}\;t\in (0, R-r), \] where \(\omega_{n-1}\) is the surface measure on \(S_t(\eta) = \{\xi\in S^n: d(\eta, \xi)=t\}\). Under certain technical assumptions, the authors prove the following uniqueness theorem: If \(f\in \mathcal{V}_{r_1}^\infty (B_R) \cap \mathcal{V}_{r_2}^\infty (B_R)\) with \(0<r_1<r_2<R\leq\pi\) and \(f\) is quasi-analytic, then \(f=0\).
