In technical problems appear a lot of troubles when, how and why the materials cracks. To solve this problem, the author proposes a variational model for regularity of minimizers of quasi perimeters with a volume constraint. The minimization problem is: Minimize \(T(E)= P(E,\Omega)+ G(E)\), where \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^n\) is an open subset, \(n\geq 2\) and the function \(T\) is among all sets \(E\subset\Omega\) of finite perimeter, \(G\) is a lower-semicontinuous functional on the sets of finite perimeter in \(\Omega\). The main results of the paper are: Theorem 4.3 proves that \(T\) minimizers indeed have both interior points and exterior points and Theorem 4.4 which says that in fact they are quasi minimizers of perimeter without the volume constraint. After that the author uses a result from I. Tamanini, to obtain the desired regularity of these \(T\) minimizers.
