In this paper, the authors investigate the order and the lower order growth of solutions of the equation \(f^{(k)} + A(z)f = 0\), where \(k\in\mathbb{N}\) and \(A(z)\) is an analytic function in the unit disc. They prove different results depending on the irregular growth of the coefficient \(A(z)\). They also etablish a new result concerning the logarithmic derivative estimate involving the lower order of growth. Furthermore, they use in particular the Wiman-Valiron theory adapted for the lower order, and a good understanding of the right-derivative of the logarithm of the maximum modulus. So this work is interesting.
