The author mainly focuses on two types of Hartogs domains (Definition 2.2) generated from a given \(n\)-star-shaped Hartogs domain \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{C}^{n+m}\): {\parindent=0.7cm\begin{itemize}\item[--] \(U^{\alpha}=\big\{(z,z',w)\in\mathbb{C}^{n+m}\times\mathbb{C}:\big(f_{\alpha}(z,w),z'\big)\in\Omega,|w|<1\big\}\), where \[ f_{\alpha}(z,w)=\left(\frac{z_1}{(1-|w|^2)^{\alpha_1/2}},\dots,\frac{z_n}{(1-|w|^2)^{\alpha_n/2}}\right) \] and the \(\alpha_j\)'s are positive numbers; \item[--] \(V^{\gamma}=\big\{(z,z',w)\in\mathbb{C}^{n+m}\times\mathbb{C}:\big(g_{\gamma}(z,w),z'\big)\in\Omega\big\}\), where \[ g_{\gamma}(z,w)=\left(e^{\gamma_1|w|^2/2}z_1,\dots,e^{\gamma_n|w|^2/2}z_n\right) \] and the \(\gamma_j\)'s are positive numbers. \end{itemize}} By introducing a new method, the author derives explicit formulas for the Bergman kernel functions of the domains above: {\parindent=0.7cm\begin{itemize}\item[--] he computes the Bergman kernel function on the lower level domain by fixing the variable \(w\); \item[--] he obtains a Hermitian symmetric function on the upper level domain by multiplying with a certain function; \item[--] he derives the Bergman kernel function on the upper level domain by applying a differential operator. \end{itemize}} When the given domain \(\Omega\) is smooth, bounded, and strongly pseudoconvex, the author uses these explicit formulas to estimate the boundary behavior of the Bergman kernel functions on the diagonal by introducing some admissible approach regions. By repeating the process, the computations can be applied to higher-dimensional analogues.
