The author considers the block structure of the reduced enveloping algebras of finite-dimensional restricted Lie algebras, in particular those of supersolvable Lie algebras. Among other things, characterizations of restricted supersolvable Lie algebras with exactly one block are obtained and the number of isomorphism classes of simple modules in a principal block of the supersolvable restricted Lie algebra determined.
