The authors study the Fedosov quantization on Kähler manifolds and its relationship with Kapranov's \(L_\infty\) structure on shifted tangent bundle. Also it is proved that the Batalin-Vilkovisky quantization of the corresponding topological quantum mechanics is one-loop exact. For a complex manifold \(X\), its holomorphic Weyl bundle \(\mathcal{W}_X\) is given by the structure sheaf of the completed diagonal \((X\times X)^\wedge _X\). Grothendieck construction gives a flat connection \(D_K\) on this bundle. To write it (even just the holomorphic structure) in explicit forms we need Kapranov's \(L_\infty\) structure, which encodes the homotopy Lie structure on the (derived) free loop space \(X\underset{X\times X}{\times} X\), and recovers \(\mathcal{W}_X\) by delooping (i.e. taking Chevalley-Eilenberg complex). We have similar constructions for \((X\times T^*X)^\wedge _X\) and its structure sheaf is identified with the smooth Weyl bundle by a Kähler form \(\omega\) which induces natural identification \(T^*X\simeq \overline{TX}\). The first main result 2.17 is an explicit chain-level realization of the natural flat connection \(D_F\) on smooth Weyl bundle, which differs from the induced one by a mild correction \(\delta^{0,1}\). Here the Kähler condition is crucial. For a formal cohomology class \(\alpha\) of degree \(2\), Fedosov quantization gives a general construction of deformation quantization parameterized by \(\alpha\). However this construction is based on recursion order by order in \(\hbar\) and thus implicit. For \((1,1)\) classes, the authors gave an explicit formula for the Fedosov connection, which allows to check that these products are all of Wick type (i.e. holomorphic functions commutes with anti-holomorphic ones). Moreover, the authors compared this construction with the construction by Karabegov. Given a symplectic manifold we can defined a topological quantum mechanics theory whose action is given by one dimensional Chern-Simons invariant. In general the partition function is a complicated summation over all Feynman diagrams and its evaluation results in the celebrated algebraic index theorem. One may also prove a bundle version which recovers the classical Atiyah-Singer index theorem. When the symplectic manifold is given as a cotangent bundle, its scaling symmetry allows us to prove that only one loop diagrams have non-zero contribution and greatly simplifies the calculation. For Kähler manifold \(X\), although it may not have any symmetry, there is a natural scalling on \((X\times T^*X)^\wedge _X\) which allows the authors to carry out similar arguments to prove one-loop exactness and obtain a succinct cochain level formula for the algebraic index.
