The authors show that using the notions of algebraic geometry over \(\mathbb F_1\) developed in [\textit{A.~Deitmar}, Prog. Math. 239, 87--100 (2005; Zbl 1098.14003)], vector bundles over \(n\)-dimensional projective spaces have a very easy description. Any line bundle is of the form \(\mathcal O(m)\) and any locally free sheaf is a direct sum of these invertible sheaves. This result not only shows a complete analogy to the case of a projective line over a (classical) field but also shows a drastic simplification in comparison with the (classical) case of projective spaces of higher dimensions.
