The authors generalize bounds for the cardinality of Hausdorff spaces to bounds for the Lindelöf number of its \(G_\kappa\)-modification: for example \(L(X_\kappa)\leq2^{\kappa\cdot L(X)\cdot F(X)}\), where \(F(X)\)~is the supremum of the lengths of free sequences in~\(X\). If \(\kappa=\psi(X)\) then \(X_\kappa\)~is discrete, hence \(X\leq2^{\psi(X)\cdot L(X)\cdot F(X)}\) for every Hausdorff space. These inequalities have sharper versions for power homogeneous spaces, these involve the cardinal function~\(\text{pct}(X)\), the minimum~\(\kappa\) such that every point is contained in a compact set of character~\(\kappa\). The paper ends with some results on spaces with a homogeneous semiregularization.
