The Virasoro algebra is the central extension of the centerless Virasoro algebra and it is spanned by \(L_n\), \(n\in {\mathbb Z}\), and \(c\). The main result of the paper is that any left symmetric algebra structure on \(W\)-algebra \(W(2,2):=\widetilde{\mathcal{W}}\) which holds some multiplication relations is isomorphic to one of the left-symmetric algebras determined by the functions with \(8\)-relations. Because of the main result of the paper, the following hold. Let \(\mathcal{A}(\widetilde{\mathcal{W}})\) be a compatible left-symmetric algebra on \(\widetilde {\mathcal{W}}\) satisfying the natural grading conditions. Denote the subspace \(span_{\mathbb C}\{W_{n,c}|n\in {\mathbb Z}\}\) by \(\mathcal{A}'\). (1) \(\mathcal{A}'\) is an infinite dimensional subalgebra of \({\mathcal{A}}(\widetilde {\mathcal{W}})\) with \(ab=0\) for \(a,b\in \mathcal{A}'\). (2) \({\mathcal{A}}'\) is a \({\mathcal{A}}(\widetilde {\mathcal{W}})\)-submodule of the regular module and is also a module over the subalgebra \(\mathcal{A}(\nu)\), which is a left-symmetric algebra on the Virasoro algebra.
