Summary: We consider the stability of stationary solutions \textbf{w} for the exterior Navier-Stokes flows with a nonzero constant velocity \textbf{u}\(_\infty\) at infinity. For \textbf{u}\(_\infty = 0\) with nonzero stationary solution \textbf{w}, \textit{Z. Chen} [Pac. J. Math. 159, No.2, 227--240 (1993; Zbl 0787.35062)], \textit{H. Kozono} and \textit{T. Ogawa} [Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 128, No.1, 1--31 (1994; Zbl 0833.76016)], and \textit{W. Borchers} and \textit{T. Miyakawa} [Acta Math. 174, No.2, 311--382 (1995; Zbl 0847.35099)] have studied the temporal stability in \(L^p\) spaces for \(1 < p\) and obtained good stability decay rates. For the spatial direction, we recently obtained some results. For \textbf{u}\(_\infty \neq 0\), \textit{J.G. Heywood} [Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 37, 48--60 (1970; Zbl 0194.41402); Acta Math. 129, 11-34 (1972; Zbl 0237.35074)] and \textit{K. Masuda} [J. Math. Soc. Japan 27, 294--327 (1975; Zbl 0303.76011)] have studied the temporal stability in \(L^2\) space. \textit{Y. Shibata} [Q. Appl. Math. 57, No. 1, 117--155 (1999; Zbl 1157.35451)] and \textit{Y. Enomoto} and \textit{Y. Shibata} [J. Math. Fluid Mech. 7, No. 3, 339--367 (2005; Zbl 1094.35097)] have studied the temporal stability in \(L^p\) spaces for \(p \geq 3\). Then, \textit{H.-O. Bae} and \textit{J. Roh} [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 73, No. 5, 1350-1363 (2010; Zbl 1193.35122)] recently improved Enomoto and Shibata's results [loc. cit] in some sense. In this paper, we improve Bae and Roh's result [loc. cit.] in the spaces \(L^p\) for \(p > 1\) and obtain \(L^r\)-\(L^p\) stability as Kozono and Ogawa [loc. cit.] and Borchers and Miyakawa [loc. cit.] obtained for \textbf{u}\(_\infty = 0\).
