This paper is devoted to the study of a quasilinear differential equation with piecewise constant argument. The authors investigate the continuous and differentiable dependence of the solutions on initial values and the parameter, and the existence and stability of periodic solutions for this equation. Moreover, appropriate examples are constructed.
