In their paper [``Large deviation spectra based on wavelet leaders'', Rev. Mat. Iberoam (to appear)], the first author, the second author and \textit{S. Jaffard} proposed to describe the regularity of a function in terms of its wavelet leaders profile. All functions whose profile is smaller than a given admissible function \( v \) form the space \( \mathcal L^v \). If \( v \) is increasing, then \( \mathcal L^v \) is a vector space. In the present paper, \( \mathcal L^v \) is endowed with a complete metric topology. Some of its properties, e.\,g., separability, are investigated.
