Let \(M=m\mathbb P^2\), \(m\) being a positive integer, be the connected sum of \(m\) copies of the complex projective plane \(\mathbb P^2\). \textit{C. LeBrun} [J. Differ. Geom. 34, No. 1, 223--253 (1991; Zbl 0725.53067)] and \textit{D. D. Joyce} [Duke Math. J. 77, No. 3, 519--552 (1995; Zbl 0855.57028)] gave the most important examples of explicit constructions of self-dual structures on \(M\). \textit{N. Honda} and \textit{J. Viaclovsky} [Osaka J. Math. 50, No. 1, 197--249 (2013; Zbl 1276.53029)] gave recently the construction of the whole group of conformal automorphisms for the self-dual manifolds of LeBrun's type. In this paper, the author determines the whole automorphism group \(\mathrm{Conf}(M,[g])\) of self-dual structures of a self-dual manifold \((M,[g])\), where \([g]\) is a \(K\)-invariant self-dual structure on \(M\) constructed by Joyce, \(K\) being the real two torus. Moreover, the structure of the group \(\mathrm{Aut}(Z,t\sigma)\) of biharmonic automorphisms of the twistor space \(Z\) associated with the twistor fibration \(t:Z\to M\), which commute with a real structure \(\gamma\) and which preserve the twistor fibration is determined. This structure depends essentially on the results on the structure of \(Z\) given by the author in the previous paper [J. Differ. Geom. 55, No. 2, 229--324 (2000; Zbl 1032.57036)]. When the self-dual structures of Joyce and LeBrun coincide, the author's results recover the Honda and Viaclovsky's results.
