Recall that for a bounded domain \(\Omega \subset R^{d} \) with Lipschitz boundary the Cheeger problem relays on finding a subset \(E \subset R^{d} \) such that its ratio perimeter/volume, that defines some shape functional, is minimal among all subsets of \(\Omega\). The aim of this paper is to study optimization of the following shape functional: \[ F_{p.q}(\Omega) = \frac{\lambda_{p}^{1/p}(\Omega)}{\lambda_{q}^{1/q}(\Omega)}. \] That functional is related to the \(p\)-Laplace operator: \[ \Delta_{p} u = \operatorname{div}(|\nabla u |^{p-2}\nabla u) \] with the first eigenvalue \(\lambda_{p}(\Omega)\), \(1 < p < \infty\), of the \(p\)-Lapiacian with Dirichlet conditions on \(\Omega\). The infimum and supremum of shape functionals are studied in the class of all domains \(\Omega \subset R^{d} \). Some existence results are obtained for the subclass of all convex domains.
