All \(T^ 2\)-bundles over \(T^ 2 (=S^ 1\times S^ 1)\) are constructed and classified up to bundle isomorphism. It is shown, moreover, that their total spaces are classified up to homeomorphism by their fundamental groups. These results are achieved by direct constructions using matrices and not involving classifying spaces.
