A reaction-diffusion system with nonlinear absorption terms and boundary flux (Q946236)

This paper concerns a reaction-diffusion system with nonlinear absorption and boundary flux. Global existence results and finite time blow-up results are proved for different hypotheses on the exponents appearing in the nonlinear terms. The influence of the coefficients of the absorption terms and of the geometry of the domain to the global existence as well as to the finite time blow-up are emphasized. Some numerical results are provided.
