The author considers the nonlinear system \[ \dot x_s=f_s(X),\;s= 1, \dots, n,\tag{1} \] and corresponding to (1) the perturbed system \[ \dot x_s=f_s (X)+ \sum^k_{j=1} b_{s_j} (t)h_j(X),\;s=1,\dots, n,\tag{2} \] where \(f_s(X)\) and \(h_j(X)\) are continuously differentiable homogeneous functions of orders \(\mu\) and \(\sigma\), respectively, with \(\mu=p/q\), \(\mu>1\), \(\sigma=u/r\), \(\sigma >1\), where \(p,q,u\) and \(r\) are integer; moreover, \(q\) and \(r\) are odd and \(b_{s_j} (t)\) are continuous and bounded for \(t\geq 0\) together with the integrals \(\int^t_0 b_{s_j}(\tau) d\tau\). It is assumed that the equilibrium of (1) is asymptotically stable. Then, according to \textit{N. N. Krasovskij} [Priklad. Mat. Mech. 19, 273-278 (1955; Zbl 0068.07201)] the equilibrium of (2) is also asymptotically stable, if \(\sigma>\mu\). In this article, the author proves that the equilibrium of (2) can be preserved as well for \(2\sigma> \mu+1\), and for \(3\sigma>\mu+2\). To prove theorems the author constructs the functions \(V(X)\) and \(W(X)\), which are positive definite and homogeneous functions of orders \(m\) and \((m+\mu-1)\) respectively; moreover, the equality \(\sum^n_{s=1} {\partial V\over\partial x_s}f_s(X)=-W(X)\) takes place.
